Does a wind-down row leave the phone?

Evro is an Android checklist on Google Play for closing the day. The holder reorders a short stack of wind-down habits, marks each one done, and may attach a still of the desk or a spoken note about the surface. Those rows stay on the handset. The only request that leaves the phone is a legal page. The chapters below name the Jiaxing company, the sensors, the host, and the mailbox.

Who sells Evro, and from which date?

Jiaxing Qiyan Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. is the company behind Evro. The street line reads Room 06, Room 814, Building 1, Jiaxing Headquarters Business Garden, Daqiao Town, Nanhu District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. Sales mail is sales@qiyanauto.com. Jiaxing Qiyan Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. fixed the effective date of this notice as 2026-09-04. Checking off a wind-down habit uses no sign-in on the handset. Evro is an Android package offered on Google Play. A habit chart does not include a checkout.

What sits in a habit row?

A habit row can hold a title, a tick, a still, and a spoken note. Still pictures remain in local storage, and Evro does not take video, so photos and videos are outside collection and outside sharing. Speech captured with Microphone is likewise outside collection and outside sharing. Chart caches that redraw a screen are outside collection and outside sharing. A still and a spoken note are optional. The checklist still opens if both are skipped. Evro does not publish a feed of desks and does not send a habit row to another person. Play's Data safety form for Evro tells the same story as this notice: which types, which reasons, whether sharing happens, and whether the holder must take the step.

A typical evening might include wiping a desk, stacking a notebook, and dimming a lamp. The holder ticks those items in the order they prefer. A still shows the surface after the reset. A spoken note can say what is left for the morning. Charts of completion and streaks are calculated on the phone from those ticks. Evro does not upload the chart. The holder can drag a habit above another, rename it, or drop it from the stack. A streak is only a count of days the phone already recorded. Nothing in that count is sent to Jiaxing Qiyan Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. If the holder clears one evening's ticks, the chart on that handset updates and no remote copy exists to contradict it. Tomorrow's stack can be a different order. Evro does not suggest a habit the holder did not type. It does not compare one phone's streak with another phone. The desk still, if any, is a picture of a surface the holder chose to photograph, not a listing for furniture or for a car. Spoken notes can mention a lamp, a cable, or a notebook left out. Those words stay beside the tick. The holder might finish the stack in five minutes or leave one item open until morning. Either way the phone is the record. A streak that breaks is only a gap in that local count. Evro does not email a reminder from a server, and it does not store the evening on a company calendar. If two people share a handset, they share the same local stack, because there is no separate remote identity to split them. The company learns of a habit only if the holder later describes it in a letter to sales@qiyanauto.com. Morning can start from the same stack, with yesterday's ticks still visible until the holder resets them. A per-habit count is a local tally of how often that title was marked done. The holder can hide a chart, expand it, or ignore it. None of those screen choices is reported off the phone. If the desk photo is blurry, the holder can take another still later. The earlier still remains a local file until the holder deletes it. Evro does not sharpen that picture on a server. The spoken note can be replayed from the handset. It is not transcribed by a remote model. This is a wind-down list, not a vehicle sale and not a showroom booking, even though the publisher's trade is automobiles.

What fails when Camera is withheld?

If the holder refuses Camera, Evro cannot capture a fresh still from the lens. A picture already saved can be attached through the system photo picker. The shutter control starts Camera, and only after that tap. Camera is not in the background. The holder can end further lens capture by turning Camera off under Android Settings. Typed habit titles remain usable. Evro does not record video and does not read location. Evro does not read an advertising identifier from the handset.

What fails when Microphone is withheld?

If the holder refuses Microphone, Evro records no speech. A typed habit title is enough to close the item. The recorder control starts Microphone, and only after that tap. Microphone is not in the background. A spoken note, if captured, is kept with the habit row on the handset and is not uploaded. Switching Microphone off in Android Settings ends new speech capture. The ticks and the chart continue.

For a holder in the EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) makes the following grounds the legal bases of mailbox mail and of a page request. Performance of a contract covers delivery of the legal text the holder opened. Legitimate interests support a reply to a complaint the holder sent. Legal obligation covers a response the controller owes under statute. Consent can support an optional Camera tap or an optional Microphone tap. A message to sales@qiyanauto.com is how that consent is withdrawn. On a different point, the holder may lodge a complaint about how a letter was handled. A supervisory authority where the holder lives can take that complaint. One where the holder works can take it. One where the problem arose can take it.

Data Protection Officer mailbox

For wind-down letters from Europe, Evro has no separately named Data Protection Officer. Letters that would have gone to a DPO are answered at sales@qiyanauto.com.

Who receives anything, and why?

Evro discloses personal data to one recipient. Opening a legal page causes the hosting provider to create HTTPS server logs. The purpose of the logs is to return hosted legal pages. One request fetches the terms text. A different request fetches the children's page. Habit rows, stills, and spoken notes are not inside that request.

How can a holder ask about mail that arrived?

Jiaxing Qiyan Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. will say which personal data reached it if the holder asks. For Evro that means mailbox mail, not the local checklist.

Rectification is open when personal information held in mailbox mail is inaccurate or incomplete. sales@qiyanauto.com is the address for that correction.

The holder can also ask for erasure of mail the controller received, or for a copy in a common format. A clear letter should be answered within fifteen business days. Deleting Evro or clearing app storage removes the local checklist. The operator cannot delete a habit row that never left the handset.

How long does each kind of record last?

  • Mail to sales@qiyanauto.com is kept through the answer window of fifteen business days, then released unless a follow-up is still open.
  • HTTPS server logs belong to the host as a record of the page request. Evro does not choose when the host drops them.
  • Habit rows, stills, spoken notes, and chart caches remain on the handset until uninstall or a storage clear in Android Settings.
  • Evro has no remote profile page.

What protects the mailbox?

Staff who read sales@qiyanauto.com are limited to people who answer privacy and support letters. A legal-page request uses HTTPS. That transport is ordinary encryption, and Evro does not claim it defeats every intrusion. If the thread seems mishandled, email sales@qiyanauto.com with the approximate day you wrote.

What about California, Virginia, and children?

A California resident may email sales@qiyanauto.com under the California Consumer Privacy Act. That letter can ask the company to confirm whether it collected personal information about the resident and whether any sharing occurred. Evro does not sell personal information. The tick stays a private phone row. Those rows do not feed cross-context behavioural advertising. Email an opt-out of selling to sales@qiyanauto.com. The writer may call the message a do-not-sell request.

The Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act reaches a person in Virginia. Local ticks mean Evro does not run targeted advertising, does not make a sale, and does not build a profile. A reader there may refuse a sale in a note to sales@qiyanauto.com.

Only adults who are eighteen, also written 18, may keep Evro. A minor must not open the checklist. Evro was not designed for children. An adult closing a desk is the reader. The store listing is not marketed to children. Wind-down screens are not directed at children. No child-focused features appear in the stack or the chart. Knowing collection of personal information from someone younger than eighteen does not occur. Evro leaves children's sensitive identifiers uncollected. Child biometric data is unused on a habit row. A parent or guardian may email sales@qiyanauto.com and the controller will provide access, carry out deletion, and stop processing where children's mail reached the company.

Successor wording posted in the package governs from the date it is shown.
